- Pork products
- Shellfish and fish without fins and scales (catfish, shark, eel)
- Hydrogenated oils (margarine, shortening, etc.)
- Artificial sweeteners (aspartame, saccharin, sucralose)
- White flour
- White sugar
- Soft drinks
- Pasteurized, homogenized skim milk
- High-fructose corn syrup
- Hydrolyzed soy protein (imitation meat products)
- Artificial flavors and colors
- Excessive alcohol
