Depending on whether you’re as handy around the kitchen as Emeril Lagasse or a bit intimidated by the process, I urge you to roll up your sleeves and give these recipes a try. Some are easier than others, so feel free to substitute a more complex recipe for something easier—or tastier. Actually, all these recipes are delicious, so bon appetit!
