INTRODUCTION

Green smoothies are an excellent meal choice, as they provide healthy carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and chlorophyll. They are also an excellent source of fiber. Favorite nutritious powders can be added for cleansing and extra nutrition.

INGREDIENTS

GREEN SMOOTHIE BASE
1. 2 bananas, peeled and frozen
2. 2 cups green grapes
3. 2 cups fresh pineapple
4. 1 small cucumber, chopped
5. 1 cup green chard
6. crushed ice, as needed

GARDEN OF LIFE’S PRODUCTS
1. 4 packets of GOL’s Green Tea
2. 1 scoop GOL’s Organic Daily Fiber

INSTRUCTIONS

PREPARE
Equipment: Vita Mix
PROCESS
Peel and freeze bananas. Blend ingredients in a Vita Mix until smooth and creamy.
PRESENT
Serve in a tall glass with a straw.
