Salmon Pate Serves 8

INTRODUCTION

Salmon Pate can be made from left-over Sunny Bunny for a new creation.

|
INGREDIENTS

FLAXNAISE
1. ¼ cup golden flax seeds or ½ cup GOL’s Super Seed
2. ¼ cup lemon juice
3. 1 cup Filtered water
4. 1 Tbsp.GOL’s Hawaiian Lehua Honey
5. 2 teaspoons ground mustard powder
6. ½ teaspoon Celtic salt

PATE
1. 1 ½ cups carrot pulp
2. ¾ cup minced onion
3. 1 cup chopped dill
4. 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
5. 1 Tablespoon whole dulse
6. ¾ cup Flaxnaise, from recipe added last
7. Package of Nori sheets for hand rolls

PREPARE
Equipment: Vita Mix
PROCESS
To make pate, combine ingredients, except for Nori sheets in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate to chill. To make Flaxnaise, grind flax seeds to a meal or use GOL’s Super Seed. Blend ingredients in a Vita Mix. Texture should be smooth and not a jelly texture. Add more filtered water to prevent thickening.
PRESENT
Serve pate in a Nori sheet for a hand roll with favorite veggies for another perfect snack on the run!
