Break-fast Salad

Break-fast Salad Serves 4
INTRODUCTION
This salad is a great way to break a liquid fast. Dressing is not needed or missed, because it satisfies every taste bud. It can be eaten any time during the day and even replace a typical breakfast. Keep prepared ingredients refrigerated for easy assembly.
INGREDIENTS
1.   2 green leaf lettuce leaves, shredded
2.   1 slice red cabbage, shredded
3.   1 carrot, shredded
4.   1 tomato, diced
5.   1 stalk celery, diced
6.   1 plum or pear, diced
7.   1 peach or persimmon, diced
8.   ¼ cup raisins
9.   2 bananas, diced
10.                 8 dates, diced
11.                 4 small radishes, diced
12.                 1 apple, shredded
13.                 1 avocado, diced
14.                 ½ cup walnuts, chopped
15.                 Garden of Life Super Seed
16.                 Garden of Life Organic Daily Fiber
INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARE
Equipment: Chef knife
PROCESS
Prepare all ingredients and layer in listed order.
PRESENT
Arrange salad to include all the ingredients for a colorful display on a white dinner plate. Sprinkle Super Seed and Organic Daily Fiber over the salad.
