1. 2 cups mixture of sulfite-free and sugar-free organic dried fruit, soaked ~ any variety of raisins, apricots, figs, mulberries, cherries, cranberries, blueberries, pineapple, and/or mangos

2. ¼ cup whole Dulse leaves
3. 1 Tbsp. GOL’s Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
4. Platter of fresh fruit for dipping ~ grapes, bananas, peaches, pears, apples, etc.

PREPARE
Equipment: Vita Mix
PROCESS
Cover the 2 cups dried fruit in a 4-cup measuring container with filtered water to the top of measuring cup. Soak for 4 hours. Blend ingredients, except fresh fruit, in a Vita Mix until smooth.
PRESENT
Serve fondue with fresh fruit to dip.
