Korean Flax Crackers Makes 3-4 sheets of crackers

INTRODUCTION

Korean Flax Crackers are made from left-over Kim Chi with flax seed added.
|
|
INGREDIENTS
|
|
1. 2 cups left-over Kim-Chi
2. 2 cups flax seeds, soaked
|
3. ¼ cup Garden of Life’s Super Seed
4. 1 teaspoon Celtic salt
|
|
INSTRUCTIONS
|
|
PREPARE
Equipment: Dehydrator with solid and mesh sheets and metal spatula
PROCESS
Combine ingredients and spread three cups mixture onto a solid sheet. Dehydrate @ 105° for four hours and flip onto a mesh sheet. Continue drying until crispy.
STORE
Korean Flax Crackers can be stored in the pantry or freezer.
