Zucchini Wraps Serves 8

INTRODUCTION

Zucchini Wraps are made from left-over Zucchini Bisque.
|
|
INGREDIENTS
|
|
1. 2 cups left-over Zucchini Bisque
|
2. ¼ cup flax seeds or GOL’s Super Seed
|
|
INSTRUCTIONS
|
|
PREPARE
Equipment: Dehydrator with solid and mesh sheets, coffee grinder or Vita Mix
PREPARE
Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder or Vita Mix or use GOL’s Super Seed. Mix all ingredients by hand or in a Vita Mix. Pour four disks of mixture onto each solid sheet and spread with a metal spatula to flatten. Dehydrate @ 105° for 4-8 hours. Flip and dehydrate until dry. Store in the freezer until ready to eat.
PRESENT
Fill wraps with favorite filling for the perfect snack.
