Tahini Ginger Sauce

Tahini Ginger Sauce Serves 8
INTRODUCTION
Tahini is a source of calcium, protein, B vitamins, and essential fatty acids. EFA's help to maintain healthy skin. It is a wonderful peanut butter alternative.
INGREDIENTS
1.   ½ cup raw Tahini
2.   ¼ cup filtered water
3.   2 Tablespoons lemon juice
4.   2 cloves garlic, pressed
5.   2 T. Garden of Life’s Hawaiian Honey
6.   2 Tablespoons wheat-free Tamari
7.   1 Tablespoon minced ginger
8.   2 Tablespoons Perfect Meal ~ opt.
INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARE
Equipment: Vita Mix
PROCESS
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more filtered water, if needed.
PRESENT
Dip Vietnamese Spring Rolls into this sauce that rivals the classic peanut sauce.
